Abstract
This article will discuss poverty of relationships that causes great damage especially among perpetrators and incarcerated persons due to our inability and perhaps fear of including what is incontrollable in human relationships. Human relationships depend on a sort of space in between that is not possible to measure in order to increase human contact or resonance. I discuss the possibilities to make restorative justice a complement within our retributive system so a narrative process can take place in safe spaces in order to help perpetrators become responsible subjects and give victims of crime possibilities of restitution. This will also lead to the outcome of decreased poverty of human relationships.
